Should i really get just cause 2 or something else?

I was thinking of getting just cause 2 cause i have enough money. But I wonder if its going to be as good as it looks. I have the first one and its pretty cool. Tell me should or should I not get it and why. And also what are other good xbox 360 games. Don't say GTA4, COD MW2, Dragon age origins, left 4 dead 1 and 2 or fallout 3Should i really get just cause 2 or something else?
Honestly it looks really fun. Maybe nothing groundbreaking, but still really fun. Like what Mercenaries 2 should have been but better. Im getting it.
