First time owning an XBOX, which game should I get first?

Hopefully I'll get enough giftcards to get one for xmas and I have a whole list of games that I want, but I don't know which one I should get first! What do you guys think?

Devil May Cry 4

Bayonetta

Dragon Age: Origins

Bioshock (1 %26amp; 2)

Fable (2 %26amp; 3)

The Sims 3

I think there's more, but I can't remember right now! Suggestions?First time owning an XBOX, which game should I get first?
BLACK OPS.
Well it kinda depends on what your into but if i had to choose from your list my choice would be Dragon Age: origins but. Not on your list i would go with Mass effect Then Mass effect 2 :-) but ya It's just got to be a game u enjoy That's what matters oh! and review sites like ign.com can really help with the decisionFirst time owning an XBOX, which game should I get first?
Dragon age is easily the best game on this list, but Fable 2 is a very easy game and is quite good too.

Fable 2 is very cheap, so pick up DA:O and Fable 2.
Main games on xbox are Gears of War 2, Call of duty Black Ops, and Halo Reach(at least thats what microsoft stated at E3). It all depends on what type of gamer you are, Black Ops is a very fun game.First time owning an XBOX, which game should I get first?
well if 楼ou like shooters then you should definitely get cod black ops and halo reach. now if you like some horror stuff then maybe dead space of left 4 dead? Definitely bioshock 2 but probably not the sims. Hope i helped!
Devil May Cry 4 is pretty cool, but every Xbox owner needs to own some sort of version of Halo =)
Mass Effect 1+2
I'd say DJ Hero!
My opinion might be a little longer than you would like so in short the games I recommend getting Fallout 3 and New Vegas, Red Dead Redemption, Assassin's Creed 1, 2, and Brotherhood, The Orange Box, Call of Duty: Black Ops, Halo Reach, Grand Theft Auto 4, Elder Scrolls 4 Oblivion, and Soul Calibur 4.

If you can only get 5 games then at least get Fallout 3, The Orange Box, Call of Duty: Black Ops, Halo Reach, and Red Dead Redemption.

There are plenty of great games that have come out within the past few years and it all depends on what you like. Some of my personal favorites that will keep you playing for hours would be these games...

Fallout 3/Fallout New Vegas:

PROS: Great action rpg which includes over 50+ hours of gameplay. CONS: no multiplayer, has occasional bugs and glitches and long loading times (sometimes 30 seconds to a minute)

Assassin's Creed 1, 2, and Brotherhood:

PROS Amazing open world games with 15+ hour campaigns, 2 and Brotherhood include better side-quests, Brotherhood has multiplayer, in Brotherhood you can make your own guild of assassin's while ranking up in other guilds as well.

CONS: Free-running can be annoying if you mess up and die, in brotherhood the use of your assassins can be abused making the game too easy

The Orange Box

PROS: EPIC game including 5 GAMES in one package, includes Portal, Half Life 2, HL 2 Ep. 1, HL 2 Ep. 2, Team Fortress 2.

CONS: None

Red Dead Redemption

PROS: Long game with a 20+ hour campaign, many things to do, includes multiplayer.

CONS: Load times may get a little long but other than that none.

COD Black Ops

PROS: Explosive campaign with amazing multiplayer and zombie mode.

CONS: campaign is a little short, in multiplayer there are still noob tubers and campers, people boost in-game

GTA 4

PROS: 20+ hour campaign with a lot of stuff to do in between, nice cars, free roam, multiplayer

CONS: not much to do after the game besides make your friends like you more and get a gf

Elder Scrolls Oblivion

PROS: 50+ hour campaign with tons of missions and guilds to play in, loads of customization

CONS: no multiplayer, can get repetitive after a while

Soul Calibur 4

PROS: you can make your own fighter and play with the customized fighter in online modes

CONS: can get boring if you don't have 2 or more people to play with, getting the custom character gear can be tedious.

Halo Reach

PROS: fun campaign and forge mode is really customizable this time, great multiplayer

CONS: ranking up isn't as fun as it is in Call of Duty, there tends to be more of a younger audience for halo.
