Rogue or Mage dragon age 2?

Hi, i got my copy of dragon age 2 for the xbox 360 delivered today and i am not sure which class to choose in the mage and rogue, i played a mage in the demo and tried the rogue today but i am not sure which i enjoy more, dont wanna be the warrior because i dont like tanking, i like damage dealing.



Any input?

if you like damage dealing id go with the mage like i did becuase you can deal alot of damage with radial spells and help with healing spells and remember you can be both in diffrent play thrus.....Rogue or Mage dragon age 2?
My STRONG recommendation would be the rogue. I have reached level 14 and the complimentary talents of other classes in your party make the rogue a challengly fun and interesting class. I have Anders in my group specced as creation. With heroic aura, haste and the heal, coupled with his specialization talent tree where there is a passive ability that lowers all of his cooldowns by 80%, making sure you're staying alive is never a problem. Then in your own tree backstab, twin fangs and explains strike with the stacking crit buff make your single target damage immensely high. With things like back to back and stealth your battlefield mobility is also not sacrificed allowing you to show up anywhere on the battlefield and tear all but the bosses down with the satisfying spray of enemy innards. Pick the rogue... AoEs are boring.
