Dragon Age 2 and Origins for Consoles question?

I played Dragon Age Origins. Honestly it wasn't really my thing. But watching gameplay for Dragon Age 2 it looks more like you actually control the character and attack, like a zelda or God of War game. The thing I didn't like about Origins was the combat. So in DA2 is the combat system like...more like other games? Or is it the same is Origins, where you just aim at the enemy and tell your character to attack and he will? Yeah its about the same, but there are more special attacks and its alot more animated.Dragon Age 2 and Origins for Consoles question?
DA:O's combat is like plenty of other games. Like most every RPG ever, and nearly identical to every MMO ever.



But yes, DA2 turned the franchise into a generic hack and slash with a few RPG elements.
